A pen, some paper for notes, and your grippy socks of course! Feel free to bring some water and snacks to fuel you throughout if needed too! We will have lig refreshments on the day for you however

However having graduated and practiced as a registered Physiotherapist over the years, as well as my pilates instructor qualifications and extensive experience in the field, i can guarantee you will be walking away with a tonne of new tools in your teaching tool belt to take your practice up a few notches!
Absolutely! We aim o keep our workshop sizes small and intimate, with a maximum of 2 to a reformer in any event, to ensure a more close knit delivery where questions flow more freely, and we have elevated opportunities to work through practicals and dial down on the details which matter most to YOU!
